I love the book Good to Great by Jim Collins. Much in its content resonates with what I believe is a biblical and helpful approach to leadership and ministry function, even though it is a secular book. In fact, many of the books on leadership publishd from a Christian perspective, sound more like unbiblical secular models. Leadership Journal has published an interview with Jim Collins on Good to Great in reference to pastors and churches. If you enjoyed the book, you’ll enjoy the interview.
