For some reason, I’m getting the impression that you get a lot of email 🙂
I love this stuff. I did not realize that I could type the action into the subject line. This will help me at work when I get e-mails that require action.
In addition to the @ Action folder, I have an @ Waiting For folder. I use this folder for e-mails that I send to other people and I am waiting for them to respond. This gives me a clear way to see how long I have been waiting and the person may need a reminder.
So that I do not have to find the e-mail in my sent box, I have set up a rule in Outlook so that e-mails that I send with “*wf*” in the body, the message will be removed from my sent box and placed in my @ Waiting For folder.
Looking forward to more discussion on GTD for the glory of God.
