I look forward to hearing your thoughts on Twitter when you get a chance to write on this. I’ve noticed a few pastors start using it but am hesitant to twitter myself. It seems like just one more thing to occupy my time and thoughts and distract me from more important duties. I feel stretched enough already with other communication and social networking tools like blogging, emailing, facebook, myspace, etc. Plus, I’m not sure it would work with our current cell phone plan.
Hi Stephen, I share your concerns. I’ve been Twittering for a few weeks now – a few more and I think I’ll know if it is a time-wasting fad for me, or if there is really a ministry-minded purpose in it.
